Marbled Purple Stripe: Light purple blotches showing through bright white papery skins. Clove wrappers are light purple in colour and peel easily from their cloves. When raw, there is good punch of garlic flavour with spicey heat, but the heat mellows away quickly leaving a clean garlic taste. Cooked, this garlic looses its heat but leaves you with a noticeable garlic taste. Stores until approximately December.

Bulb Size: Culinary garlic is a mix of small to medium sized bulbs, great for use in your kitchen. Roasting and Seed garlic are our largest bulbs for each variety. These are best for roasting whole or planting in your garden.
