The Appenzeller Spitzhauben is a Swiss breed originating in the Appenzell region of Switzerland. They are a friendly, athletic and comical bird that loves to free range. Spitzhaubens are well suited to hot or cold climates. Though small birds, Spitzhaubens are good layers of medium to large white eggs. We have mixed gold and silver spangled.
